1. ผู้เข้าอบรม อายุระหว่าง 8 – 18 ปีบริบูรณ์
Participants must be between 8 and 18 years old.

2. ผู้เข้าอบรมต้องสมัครใจ ไม่ถูกบังคับ และกรอกใบสมัครด้วยตนเอง
Participation must be voluntary, not forced, and the application must be filled out by the participant.

3. การแต่งกายควรใช้เสื้อผ้าที่สวมใส่สบายและสุภาพ ไม่รัดรูปหรือเอวลอย ไม่ใส่กางเกงหรือกระโปรงสั้น เวลานั่ง ความยาวจะต้องคลุมหัวเข่า
Dress should be comfortable and modest — not tight or revealing, no short pants or skirts (must cover knees when seated).

4. รับประทานอาหารเช้ามาให้เรียบร้อย ไม่ต้องนำอาหารและสิ่งของมีค่าติดตัวมาด้วย
Please have breakfast beforehand; do not bring food or valuables.

5. รักษาศีล 5 และปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบ
Observe the Five Precepts and follow the course rules.

• ลงทะเบียน 8.00 น. / Registration at 8.00 a.m.
• ปฐมนิเทศ 8.30 น. / Orientation at 8.30 a.m.

เวลาส่วนใหญ่นั่งในห้องปฏิบัติ ฟังคำสอน และนั่งสมาธิช่วงละประมาณ 30 นาที พักประมาณ 5 นาที
Most of the time will be spent in the meditation hall listening to instructions and meditating in roughly 30-minute sessions with 5-minute breaks.
